About the Brand

BAGO home is one of the first Russian manufacturers of fragrances for the home. The company has worked in the home fragrance category since 2007 and produces more than 1,000,000 units a year.

The name comes from a touching family story: it is how the founder's little daughter, Margo, used to pronounce her own name, turning “Margo” into a warm, homely “Bago.” That story of love became the brand's name and stands for its central value — to be part of the home for everyone who cares about quality, comfort and atmosphere.

The brand is officially registered as a trademark and has two offices, in Moscow and Almaty, allowing it to work effectively across the markets of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus.

Manufacturing and Technology

In 2016, BAGO home opened its own full-cycle factory in Russia. This made it possible to control every stage of a product's creation — from formula development to final packaging — and to guarantee consistently high quality.

The brand's key technological innovation is a unique plant-based “green” solution. Unlike chemical alternatives, it has no scent of its own, which lets the fragrance come through clean and natural, with no chemical “background.” All of our home fragrances are built on natural ingredients and contain no alcohol or petroleum-derived products.

In 2019, the brand launched production of sachets based on natural mineral powder — another step toward nature and sustainability. In 2021, production lines for eco-friendly soy wax candles came online.

An in-house laboratory allows the brand to develop and test new ideas, while manufacturing runs in full compliance with quality standards.

Achievements and Recognition

BAGO home has repeatedly earned Amazon's Choice status in the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States. In 2020, the brand received the international FiFi Award (“the Oscar of perfumery”) for the best New Year fragrance collection.

The “Mosaic” collection was named Choice of the Year by the influential magazine InStyle.

To date, around 5 million BAGO home products have been sold. The brand is present in 21 countries and stocked in more than 3,000 stores.
