When a product is made with care, it matters that it reaches its buyer on time and in perfect condition. Logistics here is an extension of that same care: invisible when it runs flawlessly, yet without it the warmth of a home never arrives. At BAGO family, we deliver on that through our own system, refined over years, connecting manufacturing, warehouses, and thousands of points of sale worldwide.

Our Main Manufacturing and Logistics Hub

The heart of the system is Moscow, home to our own full-cycle factory since 2016. Direct shipments to a wide range of regions are managed from this hub. Owning our production center means controlling not only product quality but also its movement, which guarantees reliability and consistency whatever the order volume.

Warehouse Infrastructure and Distribution

While the main base is concentrated in Moscow, the logistics network extends across the country and beyond. We work both through the central warehouse and through regional offices and partner distribution centers. To process orders quickly in Siberia, for example, we run an office in Novosibirsk (59 Obyedineniya Street), backed by partner networks in Perm, Rostov-on-Don, and Ufa.

Products from across the ecosystem are also stocked by the largest retail chains — Lenta, LEMANA PRO, Golden Apple (Zolotoye Yabloko), Stockmann, and Hoff — and by leading marketplaces such as Ozon, Wildberries, and Yandex Market. Our market presence spans 21 countries, including markets in Europe, the CIS countries, and North America. A network this broad lets us manage stock flexibly and replenish the range on time.

Delivery Terms for Retail Customers

For end customers, delivery terms are clear and convenient. We deliver across Russia. Times and costs vary: courier delivery in Moscow and St. Petersburg starts at RUB 299 for orders under RUB 3,000 (within the MKAD and KAD ring roads), while orders of RUB 3,000 and above are delivered free of charge within the city. For regions beyond courier coverage, we deliver to pickup points — and here too, orders above RUB 3,000 ship free.

Express delivery is available as well: orders placed in Moscow before 1:00 p.m. can be delivered the same day (from RUB 500). Orders paid for over the weekend are processed on the next business day. Payment can be made online or, for courier delivery, in cash or by card on receipt.

One important note for customers: packaging must be opened for inspection in the presence of the courier or pickup point staff — otherwise an item with damaged packaging cannot be returned.
