The decision to open our own factory in 2016 was a turning point. Until then, collections had been produced at plants in England, but as the brand grew one thing became clear: genuine creative freedom and a real quality guarantee are only possible with full control of every stage. Today the plant produces more than 1,000,000 units a year — from the first “Originals” fragrances and the legendary “Fresh Cotton” to the intricate “Anthology” and “Neoclassic” collections.

That independence lets BAGO family experiment with formats, respond quickly to trends, and — most importantly — stand behind every product personally. The plant is equipped with modern laboratories where batches undergo rigorous testing, and the process itself uses technologies that cut our carbon footprint and paper consumption.

A Plant-Based Base: The Technology Behind a Clean Fragrance

The key technological difference at BAGO home is our proprietary plant-based “green” solution. Unlike chemical alternatives — alcohol, petroleum derivatives — it has no scent of its own. As a result, the fragrance composition unfolds exactly as the perfumers and nature itself intended, with no aggressive chemical background. This principle became the foundation of our pure fragrance philosophy, confirmed by international recognition including the FiFi Award (“the Oscar of perfumery”) for the best New Year fragrance collection.

BAGO home candles are a category of their own. They are made from 100% soy wax, a biodegradable material that is not a petroleum derivative. Unlike paraffin, soy wax releases no harmful substances as it burns.
